How we support your agency

Rise Nurse Collective provides DDA Nurse Delegation, training, and consultation designed around the real needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our goal is to make nursing support clear, consistent, and sustainable. We want your staff to feel confident, your documentation to remain compliant, and the people you support to stay at the center of every decision.

How we support agencies

We partner with providers to align day-to-day support with nursing regulations while keeping the person at the center. Our services are designed for real homes, busy staff, and complex systems. We turn regulatory requirements into clear steps your team can follow.

From ongoing delegation visits to focused training and consultation, our nursing support is designed to fit the way your agency actually operates, not the other way around.

DDA Nurse Delegation

Ongoing delegation services in accordance with Maryland regulations, including:

  • Assessment for delegable nursing tasks
  • Development and updates of nursing care plans
  • Training and evaluation of direct support staff competency
  • Ongoing supervision of DSP's
  • Documentation aligning with DDA and COMAR

Caregiver & Staff Training

Practical, person-centered trainings to build confidence and competency, such as:

  • Medication administration (MTTP) and documentation
  • Health observation and when to notify the nurse
  • Safety, infection control, and dysphagia
  • Person-centered approaches to health support

Future booking tools will allow agencies to schedule classes online.

Health Consultation & Support

Collaborative consultation to support the team as health needs change, including:

  • Review of new diagnoses and medications
  • Transition planning between settings
  • Care plan updates and risk mitigation
  • Team education around complex health needs

A partnership, not just a service list.

Every agency and team is different. We tailor delegation, training, and consultation to your staffing model, documentation systems, and the individuals you support. This helps nursing support feel like part of your culture rather than an extra layer.
